These terms apply to inquiries, quotations, and rental services provided by Cool Van Rental in Dubai and the UAE.
Prices, vehicle availability, rental duration, driver arrangement, fuel, tolls, waiting time, and delivery scope must be confirmed before service begins. A booking is confirmed only after our written or verbal acceptance.
Customers must provide accurate product details, required temperature, pickup and delivery locations, timing, loading instructions, and any special handling requirements.
Customers are responsible for declaring correct temperature requirements. We aim to provide suitable refrigerated vehicles, but product suitability, packing, loading, and handling instructions must be agreed in advance.
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation fees, extra mileage, waiting charges, fuel, Salik/tolls, and driver costs may vary by rental agreement and should be confirmed before booking.
Cool Van Rental will take reasonable care in providing rental transport services. Liability for delays, product damage, indirect losses, or force majeure events is limited to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law and the confirmed service agreement.
