Why We Started in 2020
CoolVanRental was registered in 2020, at a point when demand for reliable cold-chain transport in the UAE was shifting fast — restaurants and grocers were suddenly moving far more perishable stock through delivery rather than in-store, and pharmacies needed dependable, temperature-logged transport for medical supplies. Existing rental options in the market were fragmented: single-Emirate coverage, no live temperature tracking, and pricing that changed depending on who answered the phone.
We started with a small fleet of chiller vans serving Dubai, built around three commitments that still shape the business today: a van that’s on time, a temperature that’s held, and a price that’s quoted straight — not negotiated per call.
Founded by Muhammad Hanif, a former Since 2018 cold-chain logistics professional who saw businesses lose valuable perishable stock due to unreliable refrigerated transport, CoolVanRental was created to provide dependable, temperature-controlled vehicle rental solutions across the UAE.
